China’s plant-based enzymatic market - food tech news in Asia

Recently, Dashu Group, located in Gaoxin district in Shandong province, has officially started producing an annual output of 100,000 tons of plant-based enzymatic ingredients. The company has successfully produced a batch of plant-based enzymatic oat powder, the first on the market.
