Except Meat raised money - food tech news in Asia

Chinese plant-based brand, Except Meat, has recently completed tens of millions of RMB from angel round financing, led by Huagai Capital, followed by TigerYeah Capital.

Founded in 2019, Except Meat has launched B2B products such as plant-based dumplings and plant-based solid egg yolks. The Brand will launch also B2C products, plant-based snacks, on Taobao’s store in October 2021. The original offering was raw materials for plant-based products . . .
