On November 24th, The State Administration for Market Regulation of China promulgated a new draft regulation of ‘Functionality Claim Catalog of Healthcare Products for public comment. The Chinese government will change the original 27 items of functionality claims to be 24 items of claims for healthcare products.
According to the draft for public comments, we can learn the following:
- In the original 27 items of functionality claims, the functions of promoting lactation, improving growth and development, and improving oil . . .
