OmniFoods across the US - food tech news in Asia

Hong Kong-based food-tech firm, OmniFoods, announced the availability of its three leading 100% plant-based pork alternatives at Sprouts Farmers Market and Whole Foods Market across 23 states in the U.S.

OmniPork, developed by Hong Kong-based Green Monday’s food tech arm OmniFoods with its R&D team in Canada, is made using a proprietary blend of plant-based protein from non-GMO soy, peas, shiitake mushrooms, and rice. The three leading OmniPork products – Ground, Strips, and Luncheon hit store . . .
