Tate & Lyle acquired Quantum Hi-Tech - food tech news in Asia

Tate & Lyle, a British-headquartered global supplier of food and beverage ingredients, announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Quantum Hi-Tech, a leading nutritional food ingredients producer from Guangdong province of south China, for USD 237 million.
