April 28, The National Key Laboratory of Tea and Agriculture Products in Huangshan city, Anhui Province, has developed a technology of identifying the origin of tea, which can quickly identify tea-producing areas within one hour.

Taking Taiping Houkui (a traditional Chinese green tea, produced in Huangshan) as the experimental object, 120 tea samples were collected from the core production area and non-core production area of Taiping Houkui, to establish the identification model.
