Market demand for natural sweeteners and ketogenic diets is rising

Market research firm SPINS recently showed that while consumers might be looking for ways to reduce their sugar intake, there was still high demand for products that provide a sweet taste, and certain targeted plant-based products containing natural sweeteners would continue being successful.

In the report, SPINS states: “Natural sweeteners are an important part of a healthy diet. Brands have learned that consumers are interested in keeping sugar in their diets, but they want it to come from natural sources.”
