Vita Coco goes to IPO - food tech news in Asia

Vita Coco, a leading brand of coconut water, submitted the listing application S-1 document for its initial public offering on NASDAQ. The valuation of the company's IPO may exceed US$2 billion.

Vita Coco launched packaged coconut water in 2004 and has recently expanded into other healthy beverage categories. At present, the company's product portfolio includes seasonings, caffeinated coconut water, coconut oil, coconut milk, and 3 private labels: energy beverage - Runa, aluminum canned drinking water -
