Israeli food tech company, InnovoPro, and dairy producer Milkadamia develop a new plant-based ice cream with a patented chickpea protein CP-Pro 70. The ice cream will have three different flavors: chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. The products will be available at the big supermarket chain Trader Joe's in the summer of 2022.
