A protein beverage brand, MIOK, launched the first yogurt beer and later introduced milk beer and other dairy alcoholic beverages in March 2021.
Among those products, milk bear is the most prominent, which tastes refreshing and milky.
The refreshing and milky taste is attributed to the new production process. MIOK did not add yeast to the milk; instead, the brand added probiotics into the beer, manufactured by Kirin Brewery . . .
