New protein from air; Solein® is approved in Singapore

Solein®, a new sustainable protein from a Finnish food innovation company, Solar Foods, has been approved by regulatory authorities in Singapore. It has been called the most environmentally friendly protein in the world. The new protein is made from microorganisms cultured with carbon captured by electricity and air.
