Consumers’ diverse needs have promoted the emergence of functional products and innovative raw materials in the F&B industry. The survey, conducted by SPINS, reveals five major health trends in 2022 - supplements for stress and sleep, gut health, regenerative agriculture, sustainable packaging options, and love for mushrooms.
