Five trends in the health industry - food tech news in Asia

As of this April, the pandemic is still presenting great challenges to people’s normal life, forcing them to pay more attention to health by improving immunity, sleep, and intestinal health. Consumers’ diverse needs have promoted the emergence of functional products and innovative raw materials in the F&B industry. The survey, conducted by SPINS, reveals five major health trends in 2022 - supplements for stress and sleep, gut health, regenerative agriculture, sustainable packaging options, and love for mushrooms.
