New Singularity Microbial fermentation seafood - food tech news in Asia

New Singularity, a new microbial fermentation seafood brand, has completed a seed round funding, led by Lever VC, an investor in startups offering alternatives to meat, dairy and seafood protein. This round of funding will be mainly used for product R&D.
