Avant Meats will significantly expand its Singapore plant capacity by 2025/ food tech news Asia

Ms. Carrie Chan, the CEO and Co-Founder of Avant Meats, China's first cell-cultured seafood startup, said in an interview with the South China Morning Post that the company plans to expand its bioreactor capacity at its pilot plant in Singapore from 250 to 2,000 Liters by 2025.

The brand has already started working on the first 50 L and 250 L pilot-scale batches. Each of these has obtained many kilograms of cell-cultured . . .
