With the rapid growth of demand for healthy and sustainable food in China, the government has successively introduced a number of important policies to promote healthy and sustainable consumption. Against this backdrop, ProVeg International has released its consumer research report -"Plant-Based Foods in China: Perceptions and Opportunities." According to the report, once the health and environmental benefits of a plant-based diet are understood, 98% of Chinese consumers will be willing to increase their intake of plant-based foods . . .
