yum expands it coffee business

Yum China (YUMC.US) expands its coffee business with Lavazza by opening a coffee shop in Shanghai earlier this year, which is jointly operated by Yum China and Lavazza. This coffee shop is Lavazza's first official coffee shop in Asia.

Yum China realizes the massive potential of the coffee market in China; the company said: “We have formed a joint venture with Lavazza to explore the local coffee market.” Yum China is currently recruiting for its Lavazza coffee shop in Shanghai more than 30 employees, mainly waiters and baristas . . .
