Advent International acquired 60% of the Lifestyle Restaurant Group Wagas

On September 20, Lifestyle Restaurant Group Wagas announced that it has been acquired by Advent International for a 60% stake. The Wagas founders will continue managing the group's day-to-day business. The specific financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
