Ajinomoto has Launched Two Products Made With Solar Foods’ Air-Based Protein in Singapore/food tech news Asia

Solar Foods has announced the launch of two new products made with its air-based protein, Solein, through a partnership with Japanese food manufacturer Ajinomoto Group.

Solein is produced by fermenting a microbe using air and electricity. Described as nutritionally rich and versatile, the ingredient is said to replace protein in virtually any food.

The products, Traditional Flowering Mooncakes, and Ice Cream Sandwiches will be launched in Singapore under Ajinomoto’s . . .
