What makes the world's largest soft drink company partner with a Chinese dairy giant? The answer is a joint venture. Coca-Cola set up a JV with Mengniu (02319 HK) in China. The new joint venture just got approval from the State Administration for Market Regulation to produce and sell low-temperature milk products in China.
