OmniPork in the US - food tech news in Asia

OmniPork, the Hong Kong-based food innovation branch of Green Monday, announced that its plant-based pork protein will be served in 25 different restaurant brands across the US this summer.

The brand made its U.S. debut on Earth Day, April 22nd, 2021, with 10 restaurants getting the honor of serving up the vegan pork first. Originally launched in Asia, and more recently Australia and the UK, OmniPork’s US rollout began with a few select restaurants in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and . . .
