The promising global alternative protein market

Despite the downturn in the consumer market, the global market for alternative proteins presents a different picture.

Alternative protein start-ups received US$35.2 billion in funding last year, according to investment bank DAI Magister. In addition, the investment bank believes that global revenues from alternative proteins will exceed US$290 billion by 2035.
