CellX has successfully built a fermented protein development platform

At the beginning of 2022, during the development of cell-cultured meat "scaffolds", CellX stumbled upon the unlimited potential of fermented proteins. After one and a half years of exploration and development, the team has completed the optimization screening and preliminary industrialization verification of the first strain and is actively promoting the pilot scale-up of 10 tons of fermentation tanks and the approval of new food raw materials in China and other countries.
