Plant-based food brand Starfield launched seaweed tofu/ food tech news Asia

Recently, the Chinese plant-based protein food brand, Starfield, launched a new snack product, seaweed tofu. The price is 49.9 yuan/bag (~USD 7.1), and each bag contains two flavors. Currently, the new product is selling well in 47 stores and on Sam's mobile application across mainland China.

It is reported that Starfield seaweed tofu contains 5 kinds of high-quality proteins. It includes soy protein, wheat protein, chickpea protein, pea protein, and rice protein . . .
