Eating more soy-based food can improve children’s thinking skills/ food tech news Asia

A new study claims that school-age children who consume more soy-based food show better thinking skills and concentration. These findings pave the way for future research on how soy-based foods can positively affect children's cognitive abilities.

Isoflavones are compounds that occur naturally in a variety of plants, especially soybeans and soy products. Although previous studies in adults have shown that soy isoflavones can improve memory, its benefits in children have not been well studied.
