The first fungal protein food development laboratory in Guangdong Province was established in Huangpu District, Guangzhou. It is currently focusing on the development of fungal protein meat, hoping to help ensure food safety and achieve the goal of “Carbon peak, carbon neutrality” (an environment policy of China) as soon as possible. Recently, Guangzhou Radio and TV also interviewed MoreMeat (Guangzhou) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. on "What is Fungal Protein Meat", unveiling the mystery of this new plant-based ‘miracle’.
