Health-conscious consumers unwilling to sacrifice good taste

Consumers are becoming more health-conscious, but also reluctant to sacrifice taste. So “Healthy indulgence” has become the latest consumers’ trend. Millennials and Gen Z are looking for food and beverages that are delicious, good for their bodies, and good for the planet.

In the confectionery space, indulgence no longer means consuming high-calorie snacks. Healthy indulgence can be found in enjoying a wide variety of chocolates or sweets with fresh flavors and healthy ingredients that appeal to all the senses in one bite.
