The consumption of bubble tea in China - food tech news in Asia

The recently-published report from Alipay on the consumption of bubble tea shows that southerners in China are more likely to drink bubble tea than northerners. Among the top 10 provinces, southern provinces account for 80%, while northern provinces account for 20%.

The consumption of bubble tea in Guangdong province in the south of China is ranked #3, followed by Zhejiang province and Jiangsu province, in mid-east China.
