Unilever launched plant-based meat - food tech news in asia

Multinational consumer goods giant Unilever launched its plant-based meat in China in partnership with Burger King, powered by Unilever's branded product, the Vegetarian Butcher.

The product, which will be called the Plant-based Whopper on menus, will be launched in 325 Burger King outlets across Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou, with plans to expand its rollout nationwide in the second quarter of 2021.link to register. Already a member? Please login.
