Plant-based celebrity chef Matthew Kenney will build restaurants in China

Plant-based celebrity chef and entrepreneur, Matthew Kenney, has revealed plans to bring his plant-based restaurant model to China. Chef Kenney would like to follow the success of Plant City, the world's largest vegan restaurant in Rhode Island.

With a large number of plant-based restaurants, including Casa Planta in Costa Rica, Folia in the Middle East, and Plant Food + Wine in the United States and Peru, Chef Kenney has been promoting a plant-based lifestyle globally and currently is operating more than 50 restaurants worldwide.
