Nestle sells water business - food tech news in asia

Nestle sells part of its water business in China; on August 28th, Nestle confirms the deal to sell part of its water business in China to the Tsingtao Brewery group.

Under the agreement, Nestle will sell to Tsingtao Brewery the local brands Dashan, Yunnan Shan Quan, and three factories located in Kunming, Shanghai, and Tianjin. Tsingtao Brewery also acquired the license to produce and sell the Nestle “Pure . . .
