Nongfu Spring launched IPO - food tech news in asia

April 30, Chinese bottled water giant Nongfu Spring has disclosed the application documents for the Hong Kong Stock Exchanges and officially has launched an IPO, which provides an understanding of the company’s operation in the Chinese beverage market that is worth than 990 billion RMB (US$140.4 billion)

Previously Bloomberg reported that Nongfu Spring was weighing an initial public offering in Hong Kong that could raise US$1 billion. Until last month, the company was reported again to hire investment banks to hasten Hong Kong IPO.
