Genki Forest - food tech news in Asia

On October 26th, Genki Forest (Chinese: Yuanqisenlin), a fast-growing and trendy Chinese beverage startup that specializes in sugar-free and low-calorie drinks, held a supply chain and food safety strategy conference to announce that its sparkling water products will not contain preservatives such as sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, and other preservatives. Genki Forest has thus become the first enterprise in China that does not add the above preservatives to carbonated drinks.
