Chinese traditional plant-based food - food tech news in asia

The Chinese market is the biggest market of plant-based meat. As a Chinese customer, I have always been expecting some Chinese delicious traditional plant-based food. Now we can try it; soon, Starfield plans to launch Chinese ZongZi(a traditional Chinese rice ball)with ZuLaoDa - the famous ZongZi brand in China. PFI plans to launch plant-based dumplings and egg roll. I think these new products can help these Chinese companies to gain more market share in China.
