japanese yogurt reduces allergy

Japanese dairy company, Megmilk Snow Brand has launched the first Japanese yogurt that reduces allergy symptoms, such as nose and eye discomfort. Going by the name of Nyu-San-Kin Helve, the yogurt drink was launched in Japan earlier this month. The company also has launched other yogurt products containing the Gaseri SP strain and Bifidobacterium SP strain.

Nyu-San-Kin Helve contains Lactobacillus Helveticus SBT2171, a lactic acid bacteria that have been studied previously for its effect on relieving symptoms of allergic reactions. According to Mr. Masanori Sagara, manager of the public relations and investor relations . . .
